Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemleri ve Puantaj Yönetimi Programı Gizlilik Politikası
İşbu Gizlilik Politikası, Pdksbulut Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemleri ve Puantaj Yönetimi ile Kullanıcı Sözleşmesi’ni akdetmiş olan tarafların (“Şirket”),Pdksbulut Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemleri ve Puantaj Yönetimi tarafından sunulmakta PDKS sistemini (“Portal”) kullanımları sırasında paylaştıkları bilgi ve belgelerin gizliliğine ilişkin politikayı düzenlemektedir.
Üyelik aşamasında ve Portal’ın kullanımı sırasında Şirket, Şirket yetkilileri veya çalışanlar tarafından sağlanan bilgilerin korunması ve bunların gizliliğinin sağlanmasıPdksbulut Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemleri ve Puantaj Yönetimi olarak birinci önceliğimizdir. Bu nedenle Şirket tarafından sağlanan ve Portalda’da paylaşılan bilgiler, Kullanıcı Sözleşmesi’nde belirtilen kurallar ve amaçlar dışında herhangi bir kapsamda kullanılmayacak, üçüncü şahıslarla paylaşılmayacaktır.
Pdksbulut Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemleri ve Puantaj Yönetimi, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında “veri işleyen” sıfatıyla Portal’da paylaşılan kişisel veriler ile ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen yükümlülüklerine uygun şekilde işlemektedir.
Veri işleyen olarak hareket edilen hallerde Pdksbulut Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemleri ve Puantaj Yönetimi’nin faaliyetleri, veri işlemenin daha çok teknik kısımları ile sınırlıdır. Kişisel verilerin işlenmesine ilişkin kararların alınması yetkisi ise ilgili veri sorumlusuna aittir. Yine bu kapsamda 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nda öngörülen ilgili kişi haklarının ilgili veri sorumlusuna iletilmesi gerekmektedir.
Pdksbulut Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemleri ve Puantaj Yönetimi’nın veri sorumlusu olarak hareket ettiği hallerde ise 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ve ikincil düzenlemeleri kapsamında gerekli tüm süreçler işletilmektedir.
Pdksbulut Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemleri ve Puantaj Yönetimi ilgili mevzuatta belirlenen kapsamda,
• kişisel verilerin hukuka aykırı olarak işlenmemesini,
• kişisel verilere hukuka aykırı olarak erişilmemesini ve
• kişisel verilerin muhafazasını
sağlamak amacıyla uygun güvenlik düzeyini temin etmeye yönelik gerekli teknik ve idari tedbirleri almakta, gerekli denetimleri yaptırmaktadır.
Pdksbulut Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemleri ve Puantaj Yönetimi, Şirket, çalışanlar ve sair üçüncü kişiler hakkında elde ettiği kişisel verileri bu işbu Gizlilik Politikası ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu hükümlerine aykırı olarak başkasına açıklayamaz ve işleme amacı dışında kullanamaz.
Pdksbulut Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemleri ve Puantaj Yönetimi, işbu Gizlilik Politikası’nı Portal üzerinden ya da e-posta vasıtasıyla bildirerek dilediği zaman değiştirebilir.Pdksbulut Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemleri ve Puantaj Yönetimi’nin değişiklik yaptığı Gizlilik Politikası hükümleri bildirim tarihinde yürürlük kazanır.

Privacy Policy of Personnel Attendance Control Systems and Timekeeping Management Program
This Privacy Policy regulates the confidentiality of information and documents shared during the use of the Personnel Attendance Control Systems and Timekeeping Management provided by Pdksbulut and the User Agreement entered into by the parties who have contracted with Pdksbulut Personnel Attendance Control Systems and Timekeeping Management.
In the membership stage and during the use of the Portal, protecting the information provided by the company, its officials, or employees, and ensuring their confidentiality is the top priority for Pdksbulut Personnel Attendance Control Systems and Timekeeping Management. Therefore, information provided by the company and shared on the Portal will not be used beyond the rules and purposes specified in the User Agreement, nor will it be shared with third parties.
Pdksbulut Personnel Attendance Control Systems and Timekeeping Management processes personal data shared on the Portal as a “data processor” within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 in compliance with the obligations stipulated in the relevant legislation.
In cases where it acts as a data processor, the activities of Pdksbulut Personnel Attendance Control Systems and Timekeeping Management are limited to the technical aspects of data processing. The authority to make decisions about the processing of personal data belongs to the relevant data controller. In this context, the rights of the data subject stipulated in Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data must be communicated to the relevant data controller.
In cases where Pdksbulut Personnel Attendance Control Systems and Timekeeping Management acts as the data controller, all necessary processes are carried out within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and secondary regulations.
Pdksbulut Personnel Attendance Control Systems and Timekeeping Management, within the scope defined by the relevant legislation,
ensures that personal data is not processed unlawfully,
prevents unlawful access to personal data, and
ensures the preservation of personal data,
by taking necessary technical and administrative measures to provide an appropriate level of security, conducting required audits.
Pdksbulut Personnel Attendance Control Systems and Timekeeping Management cannot disclose or use personal data obtained about the company, employees, and other third parties in violation of this Privacy Policy and the provisions of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Pdksbulut Personnel Attendance Control Systems and Timekeeping Management may change this Privacy Policy at any time by notifying it through the Portal or by email. The provisions of the Privacy Policy amended by Pdksbulut Personnel Attendance Control Systems and Timekeeping Management come into effect on the notification date.
